2.Claim procedure:
Contact us by email at info@diiiz.com or by using the form on our Contact page. Ensure to provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and one or more photos of the defect.
- Problem inspection: Photos are important so that our team can clearly evaluate the defect during our weekly "customer request analysis" meeting or during discussions with the factory
- Solution:
If the product is found to be defective, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Do not resend the product on your own: our team is the only one authorized to organize returns
3.Satisfaction guaranteed: At Diiiz, your satisfaction is our priority. If, despite our many efforts, an item does not meet our quality standards, we commit to exchanging it, offering you commercial compensation, or refunding the order value.
-Quick exchange:
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within a maximum of two weeks.
-Made-to-order production: If the item is not in stock, the shipping time will be equivalent to the traditional production time, between 90 and 120 days.

At Diiiz, we place great importance on the quality of finishes and materials used in the production of our furniture and lamps. This is why we ensure quality control at every stage, from production to delivery to your home.
Once your order is confirmed, a production order is directly sent to our partner factories, where production is carried out with care. Each item undergoes rigorous quality control at the end of production. Then, the products are transported to our storage areas located in Belgium or the UK.
Before delivery, our warehouse manager performs a quality check to ensure that your furniture or decoration item is in perfect condition. Controlling the entire production chain allows us to:
- Control production and guarantee you high quality: By supervising each step, we ensure that every item meets our strict quality standards.
- Guarantee competitive prices: By avoiding intermediaries, we can offer attractive prices without compromising on quality.
If, however, a quality issue escapes our notice, contact us at info@diiiz.com, and we commit to offering you commercial compensation or exchanging the defective product within a period of 2 years. 2.How to be sure about the color?
Request a free sample!
To help you make your choice, we offer the free delivery of fabric samples to your home. This option, available for several hundred products, allows our customers to verify the compatibility of our materials with their interiors before placing an order. If this option is available, you will see it directly at the top right of each product sheet.
The photos of the furniture visible on our online store were taken in our studios or come from past customer projects. Note that the final appearance may vary depending on the lighting of the place where the photo was taken, the brightness of your screen, or possible color filters if the photo comes from social networks. Slight variations are possible and do not constitute a defect according to Diiiz's commercial policy.
Our customer service can also send you production photos if you want to be sure about the model and design.

3.Choose your samples: Select up to 8 samples you wish to receive
4.Fill out the form: Provide the necessary information for sending the samples to your home
5.Wait: Wait 3 to 5 working days to receive your samples at home or a relay point!
6.Order:Place an order, and we will take care of the rest!
What samples are available?
You can order samples for the following materials: fabric, velvet, boucle wool, corduroy, leather, vegetal leather, cashmere.
Note that wood, plastic, marble, metal, and rope samples are not available.However, our customer service can send you production photos if the photos available on the product sheet are not sufficient.
Planning a new space sometimes requires a precise choice of colors and textures for the renovation to be as harmonious as possible.
If you do not find what you are looking for among our selection of fabrics and colors, we can produce most of our furniture to order or in other fabric colors. We indeed have contacts with many fabric producers, but it is not possible for us to make everything visible online.
Send us your request, or a photo of the product in the desired colour, and we will check with our factory and our purchasing team if we have a similar fabric. We will confirm the feasibility of the project and its cost within 72 hours!
2.I want an item that I cannot find on your store:
At Diiiz, we are committed to helping you find the furniture of your dreams. Not all the products we can produce are available online. We have the capability to supply many other items on request.

2.Request warehouse pickup by email: once your order is placed, send your warehouse pickup request by email to info@diiiz.com with your order number.

When registering, be sure to provide all required information about your company, including the intra-community VAT number, which will enable us to validate your business and deduct VAT from your purchase invoice.
2.Account validation: If the provided data and VAT number are valid, your account will be automatically validated in a few minutes. Otherwise, if data is missing or your VAT number is not valid, you will be contacted by our customer service to finalize the operation.

TRACK MY ORDER AND DELIVERY
Important
1.If your order has not been shipped: we will update your delivery information according to your request. The new delivery address must be in the same country as the initial order.
2. If your order has already been shipped: it will be impossible to change the delivery address. The transport companies will require the order to be returned to our warehouse and a label change on each concerned package. Return costs will be charged, and a new shipment will need to be organized.
To avoid any inconvenience and additional costs, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

2.Delivery is possible throughout the European Union and outside the EU
For other countries in the European Union as well as the United Kingdom*, Switzerland*, and Norway*, shipping costs will depend on the size of your order and your delivery address. These fees will be calculated and displayed when you add your products to the cart and confirm your delivery address.
Simulate an order with your delivery address, and the site will directly calculate the shipping costs for you!
This way, you can know the total cost transparently before finalizing your order!

For all other countries outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway, import and customs fees must be paid by the recipient. These fees include taxes, customs duties, and other clearance costs imposed by the destination country. Make sure to check your country's regulations to avoid any surprises when receiving your order.
Delivery to European Islands: Taxes and Duties: Some European islands apply specific taxes or customs duties, increasing delivery costs. Note that for these islands, customs duties may need to be paid by the recipient upon arrival. It's important to select the correct group of islands when placing your order so that transportation costs are accurately calculated. For example, if you want delivery to the Canary Islands, select "Spanish Islands" in the list of countries (and not Spain). The same applies to the Azores, Greek Islands, Corsica, etc.

This concept allows us to offer quality furniture at competitive prices. Indeed, we control the entire production chain, from the purchase of raw materials, fabrics, wood, to the delivery to your home.
Thanks to this and the hundreds of available coatings, you can create a unique piece of furniture or a sofa just for you!
Stock products can be delivered within 5 to 10 days. For custom productions, the production time is between 70 and 120 days, depending on the complexity of the product and the delivery time of certain raw materials. Indeed, we do not produce all products every week.
We collect orders and then produce by campaign: one model, then another, in different factories depending on the materials and expertise required. This also allows for better resource and transportation cost management.
The production chain for custom products includes several key steps, each essential to ensure the desired quality and customisation. Here is a detailed overview of the Diiiz production process:

- For custom-made furniture, production and delivery times vary depending on our production workshops. You will find this information directly on the product page. The time between ordering and production ranges from ‘7 to 8 weeks’ for simpler furniture to ‘12 to 18 weeks’ for more complex furniture.
- The delivery time for certain European islands (such as the Canary Islands or the Azores) may be longer due to longer travel distances and more complex transport formalities.
However, for our customers in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and France, a paid upstairs delivery service is available.
To organize this service efficiently, we need to know:
- What floor your apartment or house is on
- If there is an elevator available
- The number of steps to climb
- The dimensions of the doors to pass through
We will be happy to contact various transportation companies and inform you of the best price for this service. If you agree, we will send you a secure link to confirm the transportation.

For other countries, if you hire a local LIFT company or friends to help lift your order, we can coordinate with you to deliver your order on the day you can move everything upstairs.
However, if you want to receive the in-stock item immediately, send us your request, and we will inform you of the additional cost for the second transport.
If you agree with the proposed price, we will send you a secure link to confirm the second transport.

- If your order has not yet been shipped, you can modify it by logging into your CLIENT account and accessing the "My Orders" section. Select the order and choose the modification option.
- If the option is no longer available or your order has already been shipped, please contact our customer service as soon as possible for assistance: info@diiiz.com.

Order Cancellation: - To cancel an order before shipment, log into your account, go to "My Orders," select the order you want to cancel, and choose the cancellation option. - If the option is no longer available, please contact our customer service as soon as possible for assistance: info@diiiz.com. - If your order has been shipped, you will need to wait to receive it and then follow our return procedure. 3. Contact Our Customer Service:
- For further assistance, our customer service is at your disposal. You can contact us by email at info@diiiz.com, mentioning your order number in the subject or body of your email.
The sales department of these carriers will contact you (by email, phone, or SMS) to schedule the delivery day with you.
1. GLS: - The driver will ask a neighbor to receive the package. If this is not possible, the driver will transport the package to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop, where it can be picked up within nine working days following the first delivery attempt.
2. DHL: - Found a DHL delivery notice in your mailbox? The courier will automatically attempt a second delivery the next working day.
3. Geodis: - Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you receive a confirmation email with the delivery note number and a link to track your package. If you are not on-site, you will have the option to call the Geodis delivery center according to your postal code and schedule another appointment.
4. My Home Delivery: - MYD contacts each customer to arrange delivery. The delivery day will be scheduled directly with you.
5. DPD: - Delivery is made to a relay point communicated to you by email.
2. Immediately indicate YOUR RESERVATIONS on the delivery note or the driver's digital application. Without this, the carriers decline all responsibility, and Diiiz will not be able to do anything.
3. Be as detailed as possible in your observations and indicate or ask to indicate the following phrase: "Subject to unpacking and inspection" and sign.
4. Ask for a copy of this reservation note or take a photo of the note.
5. Please accept the package and unpack it comfortably at home to check if the furniture is damaged or not. We have between 24 and 48 hours (depending on the carrier) to file a claim with the carrier. Beyond this period, carriers refuse to offer any compensation.
6. Contact us as soon as possible via email at info@diiiz.com, we will be happy to help you with the process.
Several solutions are possible: an exchange, a refund, or commercial compensation from the transport company. Our customer service will provide a proposal within 5 days when the issue can be resolved internally by Diiiz. If the problem involves other parties, such as the carrier or a partner factory, the response time will depend on the processing time of the file by the carrier. We will do our best to follow up on the file for you.

RETURN AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Diiiz commits to communicate the return cost before proceeding with any action. The return cost within the European Union ranges from 50 to 100 euros for chairs, lamps, lounge chairs, and from 100 to 500 euros for sofas, tables, and sectional sofas. The return transportation cost will be deducted from the final refund value. The transportation price for returning marble tables or certain large furniture can go up to 850 euros per piece for some European countries.
For custom productions, i.e., "not in stock": in case of cancellation, 30% of the order value will be kept for all incurred costs.
For professionals, due to the size of the projects and the amount of time spent selecting materials, deposits and payments made will be retained in case of order cancellation.
What is meant by “non-compliant products”?
- Receipt of the wrong model
- Receipt of the wrong colour
- Receipt of the wrong product dimensions
In this case, send an email to info@diiiz.com indicating:
- Your order number
- The detailed reason for the return or exchange request
- Photos of the concerned product
If the product is non-compliant or damaged, we will offer a replacement of the item within the standard production time or commercial compensation according to your preferences.
If the error is Diiiz's fault, return costs will be covered by Diiiz, and the furniture will be replaced free of charge. If the customer refuses the replacement and desires order cancellation, return costs will be at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the final refund or credit note value.
- Your order number
- The detailed reason for the problem encountered and a description of the concerned product(s): model, quantity, color, dimensions.
- Photos of the product in its condition: 1 photo per non-compliant product.
Upon receiving your email, our team will review your request and contact you to verify the details and validate the different options to resolve the issue.
We will offer you either a commercial compensation, a return of the package, or a replacement of your order.
For EU residents, the return is free if:
- Reception of a non-compliant item: Diiiz will take care of the package return and new shipment.
- However, if the customer refuses the exchange and wishes to cancel the order, then return costs will be deducted from the final compensation.
Return and exchange are at the customer's expense under the following conditions:
- For countries outside the European Union such as Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, or the United Kingdom: in all cases.
- The product does not please you or you made an order error.
- Non-compliance is reported 24 hours after the delivery of the order.
- Due to their nature, products from the Outlet section cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
After this period, and for productions (not in stock), 30% of the total amount of your order will be retained for all incurred costs related to raw material purchases and production planning with all concerned parties.
For professional clients, the deposit requested at the time of the order will be retained in case of order cancellation before delivery.
Refund options:
- Via the issuance of a credit note of the order value (less any return costs). This credit note will be valid for 2 years from its issue date.
- Or by bank transfer within 8 working days from the written confirmation. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the order or via bank transfer. For bank transfers, your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC account numbers will be requested.
AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS
Credit and Debit Cards:
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card information is secured with our SSL encryption system.
PayPal Payment:
For convenience and security, you can also pay via PayPal. If you choose this option, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete your payment.
Bank Transfer:
For large orders or for accounting reasons, we offer the possibility to pay by bank transfer. We will confirm your order as soon as payment is received.
Installment Payment for Custom Orders:
Installment payment is possible for custom orders not in stock, for a minimum amount of 1000 euros. You can pay 50% at the time of order and 50% upon delivery. Please contact our customer service via email to take advantage of this payment facility: info@diiiz.com.
