SOWL was born from the vision of its two founders, May and Ségolène, who wanted to revolutionize the healthy fast food industry. Their idea: offering fresh, nutritious ingredients while giving customers the freedom to create their own bowl. Their motto perfectly sums it up: “From the bowl to your soul.”
